Song of the day!

Happy end of the week, friends! And what a week it has been. My English teacher didn't show up for her own class, with no word on where or what she's up to. That's a win for me, but it is awfully strange. 

I've been on an artsy kick this week, and I've been pumping out some great works. I'll upload them all at once once I run into artist block ;)

Friday nights are the best - you can make plans and sleep in the next day and not have to worry about last minute homework. 

So what are your plans? If I had my way I'd make the weekend weather warm and summer-y so I could go swimming with my sweetie <3

 I'm gonna cut it short today, but I'll post more when the new week starts back up.

College, snow days, and musings of an artist

Song of the day!

Hey there friends. How's the weather been treatin' ya? If you live in Ohio, you know how insane it's been this week. 7 Inches and a quarter inch of ice was enough to shut my university down today. Call it luck, because from what I've heard, they very very rarely do that here on campus. Whatever, at least I got a day to sleep in.

Assignments have me down in the dumps lately. I sleep way too much than I should, and I eat like a typical college kid would - when and if I feel hungry, whenever that is. It's quite a shift from my summer routine - lots of working out, picky eating, and a feeling of more upbeat, positive days. I guess I'm a little overwhelmed.

I guess something positive I still do here is that I like to doodle. A lot. Some of these ideas become pretty decent artworks on my part. I think that I'll be making some good upcoming anthro art. I'll post it here first thing when I do. 

I have some questions to ask my fellow readers - I love feedback, and I want your opinion!
